I just read an extremely lengthy post by a lady on the BN board in which she lists out a ridiculous amount of evidence against MN.
It's a reply to the earlier post about MN.
I know we're probably over this whole thing by now, but the post is so long and informative and probably took forever to write, so I figured I'd at least point you ladies to it so all of the poster's detective work isn't for nothing.

Mj.Reilly sent me over here to enumerate the other inaccuracies. MommyNoelle (MN) was a regular poster on the Baby Names board and I "met" her there before her mythical twins were born. Obviously, I thought she was legitimate initially, but after exchanging a single PM with her I became extremely suspicious--it was riddled with medical inaccuracies.
I carried on PMs with her from July (when her girls were supposedly born) to shortly before this official outing, in the guise of being a friend. It's rather devious, I suppose, but I was actually compiling information against her, for just such a case as this. Mj. and the other BN board regulars already know most of this, but I'll post it here, too, and you can make what you want of it.
Major Medical Inaccuracies:
1. Retroverted Uterus. In a PM, she told me she had suffered "numerous" miscarriages before conceiving the twins. Initially, her doctor was unable to determine a cause for the miscarriages, but after five, she was told that her retroverted uterus might be the cause. This is simply untrue.
A retroverted is perfectly normal (occurs naturally in 1 out of every 5 women worldwide); it also happens to run in my family, but MN didn't know that. A retroverted uterus can increase a woman's risk of Placenta Previa and back labor, and a few other inconsequential problems, but not one study has ever linked an RU to an increased risk of miscarriages. (Personally, my RE has never hypothesized that the position of my RU could be the cause of my miscarriages, or even a factor.) No doctor would have told her her miscarriages were caused by the position of her uterus.
2. Incarcerated Uterus. I think she did a bit of research after first writing to me about her RU. In a subsequent letter, she stated she had been diagnosed with an incarcerated uterus. (I would say that her story changed altogether, but in this case, the pieces actually could have fit together--if she had been first examined and found to have an RU and then later, during a pregnancy, diagnosed with an IU as well. More on that in a moment.) An incarcerated uterus is one of the few risks associated with having a RU. In women with severely retroverted uteri, as the uterus grows during pregnancy it can become trapped between the subpromontory sacrum and the pubis. If left, it could result in damage to the bladder and urethra, infections and rupture of the placenta, plus a myriad of other complications.
That would seem to fit well with her story of premature delivery--if she did have an incarcerated uterus, especially common with multiples, it would likely have been the cause of her preterm labor with the twins; PTL is one of the major risks of an IU that is not successfully or is unable to be treated. Unfortunately, she didn't research well enough. She specifically stated in a PM to me that her doctors didn't know the cause of her PTL. (Her current/latest signature also states that the twins were premature due to "unexplained PTL.") According to her story, her water broke at 28-weeks and labor could not be stopped--it seems highly suspect to me that any doctor, knowing she had a retroverted and incarcerated uterus wouldn't conclude that was the cause of PTL. [Note: she initially wrote this in a PM to me and stated that the girls were delivered at 28-weeks, 2-days gestation; she later claimed on the boards (and her in signature) that the girls were born at 26-weeks, 6-days. It's also an absolute fact that when I "met" her online on the BN board, when she was debating between naming the girls Charlotte and Elizabeth or Eleanor and Elizabeth, her ticker already read 28-weeks. It was just a few days after that initial discussion I had with her that she allegedly delivered the girls.]
Another problem with this part of her story is that uteral incarceration occurs almost exclusively between the twelfth- and thirteenth-week of pregnancy. Since it occurs with the predictable and natural growth of the fetus and uterus, it only occurs once the uterus has reached a certain size--large enough to become entrapped or "incarcerated." But, she stated that her doctor told her that her "incarcerated uterus" (Note: an incarcerated uterus is not a normal state, it wouldn't necessarily occur with every pregnancy, even if a woman was at severe risk of the condition.) was probably the cause of her numerous early miscarriages, which she said all occurred between seven- and ten-weeks gestation. (Here, her story has changed again. Following the most recent 3-week CP she claimed, she updated her signature to show previous miscarriages at 7, 4-, 3-, 3-, 5-, and 3-weeks going back as far as 2007.)
But, as I just stated, incarceration only occurs between twelve- and thirteen-weeks gestation; there are exceptions to that rule: multiple pregnancies and pregnancies affected by early-onset Gestational Diabetes being the major two. So, unless all of her previous pregnancies were multiple pregnancies too or she repeatedly suffered from EOGD, something extremely unlikely and that she has never mentioned/claimed, it is virtually impossible that she suffered miscarriages because of an incarcerated uterus--any doctor would know that. Plus, compare that information to the alleged timing of her miscarriages and CPs and it's clear that her story just doesn't make sense. An incarcerated uterus at 3- or 4-weeks? Impossible, unless she was having octuplets.
3. Pre-eclampsia. In our initial discussion, which was public, inside a thread on the BN board--it was addressed specifically to me, as a response to a question I had asked her about the girls' prospective names; it was later deleted for unknown reasons--MN made no mention of being hospitalized, at risk for PTL, or that she might be 'running out of time' to decide on names. Yet in her first PM to me she told me she was hospitalized due to severe pre-eclampsia for ten days before her water broke "unexpectedly" and was unable to be stopped.
Pre-eclampsia is common in multiple pregnancies, as I'm sure you all know, so that didn't surprise me. What first caught my suspicions was that she had made no mention of that in our initial discussion. Certainly, keeping private medical details a secret when conversing semi-publicly is not proof of her guilt, but it stood out in my mind as suspicious. It also contradicts her statement of "unknown PTL" since pre-eclampsia dramatically increases a woman's risk of PTL and, in fact, the only cure for pre-eclampsia is induction or cesarean.
I make no allusion to being an expert on pre-eclampsia, but I'm sure that many of you have experienced it and know the risk associated with the syndrome. As far as I know, MN never mentioned pre-eclampsia on any of the public boards (I've read through most of the threads she's posted, those that weren't deleted, anyway).
4. Three-week CP in 2010. I wont rehash all the details here, since I know that you ladies were the frontrunners in that debate, but she claimed to be pregnant and to have miscarried at 3-weeks, 6-days at the beginning of November. Her story was unlikely bordering on impossible, since she claimed symptoms, including fatigue and dizziness, leading to her daughter's pediatrician (later a family practitioner) ordering a blood test for her. She was told she was three-weeks pregnant based on her hCG levels, even though implantation might not even have taken place yet.
Other discrepancies:
1. She chose BN "board favorite" names for both of her girls--Elizabeth and Eleanor, later Charlotte. It's possible that was her genuine preference for names, but few people agree with the board opinion so strongly (very, very few). We all loved the names she chose and she never failed to regurgitate the popular opinion, which was why she passed unsuspected on the BN board for so long.
2. Like all of our baby name obsessed trolls, she created a scenario that allowed her to keep posting more and more names and asking for opinions by renaming her adopted nephew Gavin. While I admit to getting carried away by that debate (being a proponent of renamings--it's a long story), the multitude of inflammatory posts on the subject were just asking for trouble. Very troll-like.
3. Medical inaccuracies above and also numerous flip-flops in her story. Either she couldn't remember who she had already updated on the status of her girls' health and Gavin's well-being, or she had no clear idea of the story she was telling.
4. She was supposedly seeking domestic adoption when she miraculously got pregnant with the girls, but when my own pursuit of adoption was brought into the conversation, she reacted with surprise that my medical history could be a detriment to my ability to adopt. Having such a similar medical history (albeit, she never claimed to be Epileptic), she should have known that agencies take dangerous medical conditions as well as past infertility into account when considering applications and that birth mothers are much more likely to choose a healthy parent for their child than one with a traumatic medical history and on-going health problems.
5. She never mentioned or posted any sort of "fertility struggle" story until after she began corresponding with me. The women I know who post on the TTCAL, Miscarriage and Infertility boards have never heard from her or seen her post anything on their boards. This was suspect to me because she began posting the details of her infertility and miscarriages only after gathering details of my own struggle--and they were startlingly similar.
6. She's confused her daughter's birthdates more than once and even posted them incorrectly, as Mj.Reilly linked you above. The girls' EDD was also wrong, when compared with their "ages" at birth. According to the EDD she posted in her signature and several threads (which changed a few times from 10/14/10 to 10/15/10 and back again), the girls would have been 26w6d on July 15th, 2010 and 28w2d on July 25th, 2010 . . . but she stated their birthdate initially as July 27th, 2010, with their gestational age being 28w6d. In a conflicting post, she stated they were born July 29th, 2010 at 26w6d. So, the gestational ages have changed, as have their birthdates, their EDD, and there are at least eight dates in question.
7. In a post on the BN board she mistakenly posted both of her daughters middle names as Hope. When I questioned her on it, she stated it had been a mistake and immediately fixed it.
8. She alleged to live in Nebraska, near Council Bluffs, but her "local" hospital was in Sioux Falls, SD (200+ miles/4 hours away). We also checked the cradle roll at Sanford Health in Sioux Falls and there were no twins born during the month of July 2010. In her pregnancy post, she also claimed she lived in a small town with no nearby hospitals, but there are four medium to large hospitals within an hour of Council Bluffs.
9. She told me in a PM that her husband's name was Kevin and referred to him as Kevin several times. Yet, she has posted his name as Jacob on the boards (more than once).
10. She's a blond, according to her avatar picture, but has posted pictures of her "with her girls" showing she's a brunette. She's also used photos of at least three different women as herself, though they were all fuzzy beyond true identification.
11. She has repeatedly made conflicting statements about the status of her twins as identical/fraternal, alternately claiming they shared a placenta, did not share a placenta, had a shared placenta with a wall between them, and that they shared a placenta and it was suspected that there was a wall between them, but never confirmed, due to the emergency delivery. In one thread, she stated that they've known throughout the pregnancy that the girls were identical. In another, she claimed not to know whether they were identical still today. In yet another, she claimed that she knew for certain that they shared a placenta, but had no idea that a shared placenta automatically means they were identical. What twin mother wouldn't know that?
12. In her apology thread posted here on the Multiples board, she claimed the photos were stolen from her public Facebook account and copied here and that she has since made her profile private. But, I have known her first and last name for months (Natalie Noelle) and have previously looked for Facebook and MySpace pages under that name. There are several, but none that ever had pictures of mention of her children, certainly none that were ever public. Though I'm certain it's a fake name anyway, most of the profiles seem to be teen girls. Mj.Reilly and I both scoured Facebook a second time after her most recent post--no possible profile exists for Natalie, Jacob or Kevin Noelle.
There is no doubt in my mind that she's a troll. My own personal opinion is that she was one of the many AEs created by a singular troll. She's been outed here and on the BN board multiple times under AEs: Mykadeclan, IrishZimmer, DrCatieAsher, EmileeJune, EmileeFae . . . and that she's been posting ever since. All of these AEs had several factors in common--multiple pregnancies, several children in a very short amount of time, interest in/pursuit of adoption, surprise pregnancies, and careers in the medical field (the one trait MN never claimed, as far as I know).
I also am convinced that the most recent AE that outed her, JenLastInitial is actually her, outing herself in the misguided hope of being able to continue unsuspected on the boards. There is also another AE currently posting actively on the BN board that many of us suspect to be her, as well, but that's as yet unconfirmed.
Anyway, I hope that banishes any lingering doubts for you. She's a troll. There really is no reason to feel sorry for her any longer.

This whole thing gives me the heebie jeebies- I sincerely hope she gets the help she so desparately needs. Think if she invested all this time into helping others the difference she could make. I for one, never believed her- she was just way too detailed!

yes- myadeclan, (sp?)- i remember her well... horrible at pretending she was a doctor... I called her out (i believe) b/c i know doc's well (it's my job) and knew damn well she was not one.
I guess she gave up using the medical field since it was outing her so quickly in the past...
it's really so sad.

I totally agree!! And regarding MN, I always gave her the side eye when she had 26 weekers and she was mostly posting about names?! I'm pretty sure she had bigger issues to tackle!
I really have a hard time with people who fake multiple pregnancies. There are many of us who were put on bedrest early on, dealt with PTL, pre-eclampsia, premature births, etc. A multiple preganancy is no joke.

With the evidence that's been shared by strangebird and mj.reilly, there is no question that she's fake. What mom would confuse her daughters' birth dates and whether they were 26-weekers or 28-weekers? (Let alone all the other stuff--medical details, no such records at her hospital, etc.)

This is reminiscent of a wacko faker that was on the New Orleans Knot board waaaay back in the day (2004ish?). Her wedding date kept getting pushed back because of her health issues which included, but were not limited to SARS and being in and out of comas. Her "fiance" would come on and post updates. I forget how the outing occurred but things got really weird, really fast.

ummmmm...this chick/guy/whatever MN is is pathetic. get a life of your own. i can't imagine who has the time, and who, if they did, would actually WANT to spend their time creating fake lives on the internet.
I'm picturing a single, morbidly obese, hairy 55 year old man still living with his mother, who sits in the dark behind his computer stuffing his face with frozen pizza and trying to create a life online since he clearly doesn't have one. CREEPY (have i seen too many lifetime movies like pp???)

She'll keep showing up as different people I bet. She obviously has no life to spend that much time trying to trick people. And she most definatley needs some mental help because she's sick! It's sad really. What a low life! Do people really get that bored that they have to make up stuff like that?
