So, visiting the family. It's nice to see everyone, but the next year looks like a rough one. My sister's husband's cystic fibrosis is starting to really take a toll on him, my brother has prostate cancer which has started to metastasize, one of my nieces is bulimic, and my mother had a lung infection which has her on oxygen for the indeterminate future... oh yeah, and Margaux will probably have her surgery next year. Ahhh, drama.

All I want for Christmas is health for my family!

Wow that's a lot going on at once! I hope the new year brings better health to your family, sounds like they hopefully caught your brother's cancer in time? Bummer about M needing surgery but I know that wasn't a surprise.

You need a trip to the mountains to do some snowboarding! I know people who skiied right up to their 3rd trimester, and I mtn biked all through my 2nd tri (which was the only trimester when I felt half way decent and wasn't hurling hourly). Hang in there, sending positive vibes that everyone has a decent holiday, feels better and most of all...no family drama this week!
