Vegans, please come in! Need advice.

MIL is very interested in veganism and I want to buy her a book for Christmas.  What do you recommend?  Can be a cookbook, a lifestyle book. . . any aspect, really.  Thanks so much!

    My all time favorite book is "the china study" 

    "the kind diet" by alicia silverstone was actually pretty good and has some great recipes. 

    "Skinny ***" was very entertaining and a pretty quick read (but not sure about giving your MIL a book w/ that title though.  The title fits my mil much more.

     

    those are my favorite 3 vegan books.  I highly recommend the china study, although it's not a recipe book. it's more of a "open your eyes and look what you are really eating" book

    Thank you both, so much! I will, for sure, buy at least two of the three. Mag, you're right. . . might not be the best book for MIL :) but now I'm interested!
