Britax--How do you clean?

DD spit up all over her car seat this morning. Poor thing!

So, I can't seem to find the owner manual with care instructions for their Britax convertible seats. How do you wash them?? I just don't want to ruin it. It needs cleaned stat!!

    DD Threw up all over her Marathon a while ago and I just took it apart and put the cover in the washer. Don't put it in the dryer though. DH put it in the dryer and it melted the inside part. I just washed the straps and everything down with a washcloth and soap.

     I was able to find how to clean it on their site and it suggested cold water and mild detergent. I just handwashed them (gag) and now I'm letting them air dry.

    Good to know though that you can throw them in the washer--I'll give that a try next time!!

    I was given 2 Marathons just to have on hand as extras.  They needed to be cleaned and I just threw the covers in the wash as well.  They came out just fine!  What a PITA to get them apart to wash though!!
