christmas for 2? (NBR)

Because of work/family schedules, it's just going to be me and my DH for Christmas. Anybody else else spending the holidays with just the 2 (and a half) of you? What are you planning to do? We're going to Christmas Eve service, then having a mini holiday dinner and going to a movie on Christmas Day.

    Our Christmas last year was kinda like that. DH is a police officer, so sometimes he has to work on Christmas, and when that's the case, we just stay here and spend time together (our families both live out of state for the most part). Last year he worked the day shift, so he wasn't home until after 6 p.m. so I watched A Christmas Story in my p.j.'s all day.

    Now he's on night shift, so if he had to work on Christmas, he wouldn't have to go in until 6 p.m. and we would be able to have a Christmas dinner and stuff.  I hope you guys have fun!

    Jealous!!!  I wish I could just have just DH, DD and myself for Christmas.  Instead we will be traveling for Christmas eve and hosting Christmas with my parents.  Enjoy!!

    We are all alone on Christmas day and I love it!! We can start our own traditions at home and we may see a movie too.  We decided to go to a Warriors game (NBA game) at night.  I still plan on cooking us dinner probably a beef stew.  Enjoy it!!! It's our last all alone:)

    I am spending Christmas with only DH and the dog! We recently moved across the country from our family and friends. However, we just saw family in Maui in October so we decided to save the money on airfare and boarding the dog and have Christmas here in our new home.
