anyone get pregnant after only one pp period?

I am not charting, but just "seeing what happens," and actually really hoping for 2u2. My son is 7 1/2 months old, and I had my first pp period last month (November 18th). So normally it would be time for my period about now, but it hasn't shown up. I know that after giving birth your cycle can be abnormal. I guess I'm just wondering how likely it is that I could be pregnant already...I have an hpt, but I'm afraid to test too soon and be super disappointed...

LO#2 is proof that it's certainly possible! I was EBFing, which delayed the return of my period.

Hi, I've never posted on this board, but me! I had my first and only pp period on November 2 (I'm still EBF) and found out I was pregnant last week. Surprise!

Me too! Total shocker...well, I mean, I know what unprotected sex can lead to, but I thought I'd at least get a pp period first. Oh well...2U2 here I come.

Got my period back at 11 months with DS1 in early January. Got pregnant the first week in February (was trying).

He was only getting BM and table food at the time (can't say EBF because that would mean no real food either).

I had my first pp period when DD was just over 2 months old. I never got another (though I must have ovulated late). See siggy for proof!

Right here. I breastfed for three months, had a period the following month and got pregnant sometime that same month. We were NOT trying and were actually using the same method we did for 8 years (withdraw)...this time it didn't work!!!!

I'm not pregnant but also seeing what happens (starting about 3 weeks ago). I've had 3 pp periods they were much farther apart than before DS, but are gradually getting closer. My last period was also the 18th and I'm thinking the same as you, I don't know if I should wait to test. Good luck!
