Owie my friggen boob!

Headed to the dr at noon. Sharp shooting pain in my right boob and my nip hurts so bad I cried last time I nursed on that side. DH thinks I'm being overdramatic. Boo

    ugh that stinks. i dont nurse so i cant say i know how you feel. but tell DH if he thinks youre being overdramatic you will gladly kick him in one of his nuts so he can understand... LOL :P

    Warm wet washcloth (or shower!) and massage it. Lots of lanolin. Ice before nursing. (This has happened to me a few times and I was so freaked out reading up about thrush, clogged ducts, etc. and this really helped me.) Good luck and tell DH it's real, duh! Why else would you complain about it? It really does kill and I know your pain, believe me! HTH

    Not infected, but I feared that if I didn't massage and compress, that it may have become infected. I am paranoid, but it seriously killed!
