What happened to my great sleepers?

I need help. One of my little guys has started waking up every night around 3 and wants to play. I have tried everything. I have tried feeding him, not feeding him, soothing etc. What would you do?

    One of my girls started doing this at about that age.  I think she's finally getting through it.  I don't know if it's teething or what.  I do know she wasn't napping well and the past week I've really been more strict with the naps.  She's been much better at night, and when she does wake up I can get her back down more quickly.  I probably didn't help you much but just want you to know you're not alone!! Wink

    They call this time the "4 month wakeful"  Not everyone goes through it but I know mine sure did.  It lasted 7-10 days and left as quick as it started.  Honestly, I just rolled with it since I knew that since I had good sleepers before, this was just a phase.   They are still pretty young for any hardcore sleep training.  Good luck and hang in there!
