Should I stop her?

Priya has been eating crackers for ONE. SOLID. HOUR!

Everytime she runs out, she starts screaming and reaching for the box.  She drank 8 oz's of formula, and a decent amount of supper.  I started giving her the crackers so she would stay in her high chair and leave me in peace to eat my supper too.

But now....  Seriously, should I just put the crackers away and let her cry?

  • Hey, if she's happy... I see nothing wrong with it!  Make sure she has a drink of water or milk with it, tho.  Might dry her mouth out after all those crackers!

Yeah, I gave her a sippy cup of juice to go with it. Thanks :)

  • I just had the same problem. M was hysterical because I stopped reading to him so I gave him some crackers Embarrassed

I stopped after he'd had a few and by then he became distracted by his bike.

  • an hour?? man, what kind of crackers are we talking about here?

  • I would just worry about the sodium.

    Maybe offer something else?
