Did you get a good 20 week picture? IMHO- I'd just put the money towards amazing newborn photos. I guess once Greta was here I could care less about the ultrasound pics. Just my 2 cents though:)
We got our 3D/4D Ultrasound done at our clinic for free (Hudson Physicians). We never asked for them and the tech guy just flipped over to 3/4D. Interesting that people have to pay for them.
I went to Enlightened in Woodbury and LOVED it. We went at 29 weeks and didn't get that many good pictures and he told us to come back in a couple weeks for another session and didn't charge us for the second visit. We paid $159 and got a CD full of pictures and a video of the ultrasound set to music. It is a family owned business, the guy who runs it is very nice and has LOTS of experience.

Each time I have had an ultrasound the tech just flips the screen to 3d/4d as part of the ultrasound. I also thought that most places do this as well. Good luck with your search though!

I wanted to know the sexes (and I was too impatient to wait for my anatomy scan next week) - and I was having a bit of IF-related "I haven't had an u/s in over a month and I can't feel them moving yet" freakout at around 17w.
Husband has cystic fibrosis. I'm a carrier. We did TESE, IVF, ICSI, and PGD. After two failed IVFs, we were blessed with our twins.
I think we are looking into enlightened then with all the recommendations - thanks!
i already have a great newborn photographer lined up so no worries there that is one of the last things i would ever let go of! we just want to see nugget in the 3/4D perspective
my Drs office does not have the 3/4D so that wasnt an option.
