Modern crib help & Eden Baby Furniture help PIP

So I've been asking for modern crib suggestions, here's a couple we like but they don't convert to full beds... Also I found ONE that does and it's by Eden Baby Furniture, anyone have any experience with their stuff?? I've never heard of it?

    I have a similar crib that converts to a bed (comes with the conversion kit) and I LOVE it! It's the Baby Mod Parklane from Walmart. Here's a pic I found of it:

    The storage drawer underneath sold it for me because we have a small house and the more storage space the better, but I love the look of their Olivia model too:
