I need to get something for DD's preschool teachers. She has three teachers (although one is the head teacher, the others are younger assistants).
No idea what to get! Definitely no knick knacks, no stuffed animals or anything, and I don't want to bake stuff. I don't know if they pay for any classroom stuff out of pocket or anything, so I can't help out there.
The only thing I can think of is gift certificates to somewhere like Dunkin Donuts, or little boxes of truffles..
Re: Last minute teacher (or daycare) gift idea?
Last year I bought a TON of Avon chapsticks and mini-lipsticks. I put one of each in a little baggie and made a tag that said "Merry Kiss-mas" then handed them out to all the teachers at the center. I kinda suck this year.
We are doing GC's; if you were stuck and couldn't get a store cash folded like Christmas trees are kind of different to slip in a card
I bought plain white ornaments and had Belle finger paint them. It took only a couple minutes for her to paint them and they were dry with in a couple hours. All of her teachers love them because it is something she made for them.
Heres a picture.
