Bed time bottle weaning

Gracie is drinking her whole milk from a sippy cup no problem. My ped really wants her off the night bottle ASAP. I love giving her a bottle before bed! It's our bonding time while I rock her. When did you wean the bottle and did you just do a sippy cup?

    DS self weaned around 11 months. We used to give him a bottle before bedtime (usually 6 oz) and he started only taking 1-2 oz and then shoving the bottle away and pointing at the crib.

    So one night I said to DH, I'll give him a bottle about a half hour after dinner (which is an hour before bedtime) and see how it goes. We had no issues. Now Aaron pretty much only drinks water since he hates milk in sippy cups.

    We still give Matt a nighttime sippy cup of milk.  We do brush his teeth after but he gets milk just before bed if he wants it.

    She usually goes to bed shortly after dinner, and she gets a sippy of milk at dinner. I used to BF before putting her down, but she weaned herself from that last month when she was sick.

    Finn still gets a bottle at bedtime, 8 oz. Yes, I suck but really the kid still doesn't eat solid foods so I gotta give something.......He doesn't have hardly any teeth to ruin anyway.

    Yes, he still gets a morning bottle as well.
