Indiana Babies

Kathy

The BF study post below, and your response to it, made me chuckle... my grandad was an engineer for GM for over 40 years, and even though my mom isn't in engineering, she definitely got some of those "engineering" genes... you know, the ones that make you pick apart EVERYthing and figure out what is/might be wrong with it.  I obviously got a good dose of those genes too, what with my neuroscience geekery.

Just wanted to say I love and appreciate how a science/engineering brain works.  Geeked

  • You should read Freakonomics.  You would appreciate that book.
  • lol!  Thanks.

I really had no escaping it.  My dad is an engineer, my mom is a mgmt degree and engineering minor, my grandpa was an engineer, my grandma majored in math, all 3 of my uncles (and 1 of their wives) on my mom's side is an engineer, 2 cousins, 1 brother, lol.  Our family gatherings growing up were quite interesting.

    :)

And of course there's Ryan! He fit right in.
