I'm still here and still contracting. The doctor just checked my cervix and it's still unchanged, thankfully. At one point when I actually managed to fall asleep, I woke up to soaking wet in between my legs and the bed was totally soaked under my butt. Once we determined I had not wet the bed, I obviously panicked, but they have since ruled that I'm just a sweaty beast.

Hopefully they'll let me out of here this afternoon, but that prediction was made under the assumption that the contractions were going to stop, so have no clue.

Most importantly, TLF is still great. Every person who walks in here tells us we're in for it and he's going to wear us out. I don't think he has slept since we got here.

In all seriousness though, I'm glad you and TLF are well. Hopefully they get the contractions stopped and you can be out of there soon.

Maybe your ute is pissed that it is getting beat up by TLF? And I just want to know, have you called him TLF to the nurses?

Not yet,but I'm sure it will happen eventually. He's named that because of a doctor here.

They think my uti might be causing them (the first round of antibiotics didn't get rid of the GBS) but I didn't feel anything until after I fell. I still don't have any UTI symptoms. And OMFG my knees hurt.

You're in the hospital, get some meds for those knees woman! And yep, a UTI can do that for sure.

So glad everything is ok for now. Tell TLF to chill out so mommy can go home and rest on a comfy couch instead of a not comfy hospital bed. Less than 10 weeks to go TLF, you can do it!
