Baby kicks?

This may be a dumb question. I am pretty sure I can feel it when the baby is shifting now but only if its a big shift. But at about 4am the other day, I woke up cause I had to pee and as I was laying there getting oriented, I felt a weird sensation on the inside near my bladder and it felt almost like someone was flicking me cause it had sort of a reverberation quality to it. It happened about 3 or 4 times. I thought that it was the baby kicking but given that this is my first time, I wanted to check. Its happened one other time since then. Usually when my bladder is full. Does this sound like the baby?

It might be kicks. One baby normally kicks my bladder, especially when I have to go soon. It's like taps. I think the feeling I get from them rolling is more of a dropping feeling like how it feels when you're on a swing set.
