lesson learned: if you suspect your LO has a diary sensitivity, don't eat dairy!
i was so happy that we seemed to have solved the spit up problem - but it happened again yesterday morning. ...then i realized I had devoured almost an entire carton of rice crackers on saturday, and polished them off sunday morning - FOUR CHEESE flavored rice crackers. practically 2/3 of the ingredients listed are cheese and whey products. sigh.
i'm hoping the massive spit ups stop sometime today... he's so unhappy and uncomfortable after eating. then he spits up a ton, feels better, but then is hungry again. repeat. i feel so bad. i'm almost tempted to give him expressed milk, and pump and dump for the rest of the day
i guess on the bright side, i'm now 99.9% convinced he does have a dairy sensitivity...

You know, it's hard! LO has *a lot* of gas and sometimes I wonder if it's due to dairy, but I just can't cut out dairy from my life! I'm a total cheese addict =( I'm not sure what I can/would eat if I couldn't have something with cheese or dairy? I did go for a few days of just eating goat cheese though. But it wasn't long enough for me to notice a difference and by then, I ran out of goat cheese =P I feel like it's even harder to figure out what the culprit is for certain things.
Remember once in the past, I thought B was allergic to corn? And I was downing that corn salad of yours like mad =P But then eventually, he stopped pooping so I made and devoured another batch of corn salad to get him to poop, but nothing. So maybe it's not as related as I thought it was. OR he grew out of it? Who knows! I never really 100% figured it out!
So if you've figured out it, it's good! Cuz I never got that far!
