Acknowledgement of our loss

We opened our Christmas card from DH's grandparents and it was addressed to Jordan, Kelly, babies in heaven (everyone thinks we were pregnant with twins), Peyton (furbaby), and Caroline (furbaby). 

DH thought that I would have been upset, but I thought that was very considerate.

    I always found it comforting and nice when someone acknowledged our loss.  I think it is great they did it for you too.

    that is so nice ~ it's hard for others to know how you will feel but I think it's great they went out on a limb to acknowledge them - and i love how they said it.

     it's so true - even though they are no longer with us they are still in our hearts and part of our family.

    TTC since January 2010
    BFP 5/9/10. U/S - no heartbeat 6/2/10 (7 weeks). Induced miscarriage 6/7/10.
    Chemical pregnancies 12/2/10, 1/3/11, and 2/7/11.
    dx: RPL due to poor quality uterine lining; begin progesterone January 2011
    BFP 3/10/11. EDD 11/19/11. E arrived 11/15/11!

    That is really, really sweet.  If anything, I've noticed that we haven't gotten many Christmas cards at all - I think everyone is avoiding us.
