cmas at the zoo on cmas eve?

Any idea if it would be really busy or deserted?

I have a knack for going to the zoo at the *wrong* time. 

We have no plans for Christmas Eve and I thought it might be fun to do as a family.  We are going to church Christmas Day instead.

    What time would you go? I was thinking I'd like to take Jake too, but it would be late enough to see lights (maybe at 5?)  I can deal with the crowds, but I'll have to see how we are doing health wise.

    No idea but it sounds fun .....kinda like my idea with Jolly Days for during the day.  I still have a 6/630pm bedtime sleeper so we have to stick to the day time activities for now.

    I believe the zoo is closed on Christmas Eve. You may want to check their website before you go. I remember reading our last newsletter from the zoo and thought it was odd that they were closed that day.

    yep.  I just looked @ the website and they're closed Cmas Eve and Day.

    I was going to chime in and say check the weather because we're supposed to get yet another "snow event" on Friday... but I guess it's not necessary!
