Anybody else on Winter Break?

I'm off for two weeks, which gives me plenty of time to obsess over my cycle. DH and I are not going anywhere for the holidays and it's supposed to rain here for another few days.

I have nothing to do except stay home since DH doesn't want me driving out in the rain. Most of my friends still work during the day or are away on exotic vacations with their children.

Is anybody else off, and if so, what are you doing to take your mind off of TTCAL?

I'm on leave till the 30th(woohoo) we're going to AZ for Christmas so maybe that will help me take my mind off of the 2ww I'm gonna be in... but I'm still gonna take a couple of tests with me lol.

Lucky you!!!! I work through Wednesday. Our break starts Thursday. I am sure I wil be plenty obsessing over my cycle since I'll be in the 2 ww. I am triggering this evening and will most likely O Wednesday morning. So I'll have plenty of days to think - lol.

Hopefully, some of our holiday events will keep my mind occupied. I am sure come mid next week I will be out of my mind though. Good luck - I hope this is it for you!!

We aren't going anywhere either and DH doesn't like me driving rain or shine with my car. I need new tires and he thinks I will be stranded somewhere lol. I wish DH would take time off he hasn't in 2 years!

To answer your question, I don't think it is possible for me. I play video games, watch TV and clean the house and everything I do I think of TTCAL lol.

I'm off, and it's raining up here too. I'm just trying to stay as busy as possible - cleaning, Christmas shopping, meeting up with friends. I am trying to prepare myself for a BFN this cycle because I don't want to be disappointed.

I'm off, too. My 2WW coincides exactly with my 2 weeks off... and I'm obsessing. To keep my mind busy, I am currently Christmas shopping and cooking, and am trying very hard to be a little bit social with a few selected close friends, because I have been so antisocial lately. Unfortunately part of this 2 weeks involves some extended family time that I am really not looking forward to (it's going to be difficult). So, I guess to take my mind off things I should finally get my a*s in the gym.

I'm on break too! I ran errands and baked with my mom today. Tomorrow, I plan on cleaning the house, finish wrapping the gifts, and making a nice dinner for DH. I have similar plans for the rest of the week.
