I've had a pork roast in the crock pot all day. We'll have it with brocolli and Stove Top (I've been having a bizarre craving for it despite the fact that I hate it when not pregnant!).

Muffin pizzas! We have some friends coming over, and they're fun and easy, especially when you're lazy and buy Trader Joe's dough like we're doing: dough in muffin tin, add toppings, bake, eat. They freeze really well, too.

My current conundrum, though, is what's for lunch? Hmn..

Tomato-basil soup with Parker House rolls. Mmm! It's our fourth straight day of rain, and it's not going to clear up until Thursday. Soup time! Even better, soup that only takes about 45 minutes and is really delicious.
