I went to pump at 3:45 and realized that the 7 ozs that I had pumped at 11:45 has been sitting at room temperature for the last 4 hours. I put in it my cooler bag, but I somehow managed to forget to put the ice packs in it.
Should it be okay or should I toss it? WWYD?

Keep it! It's good for 6-8 hours at room temp.

Fabulous! I was nervous about it sitting, then being cooled, and then reheated again tomorrow.
Thanks ladies!

Kellymom says 4-6 hours at 'warm' room temp (79 degrees) and 10 hours at room temp (72 degrees). I don't know if I trust the 10 hours, but I'll leave a bottle out for 5 or 6 hours, and Peanut seems fine
We also keep our house pretty warm, about 78 degrees.
