    I went to college with an Irish guy named Lachlan, pronounced like Locklyn would be. I'm going to convince myself that this is what Vince was going for even though he screwed with the spelling and got the gender all wrong.

    Oh definitely love the Irish BOY name Lachlan. The attempt at making it feminine and using it for a girl, not so much.

    Oh, gawd.  That spelling is atrocious (Lachlan, though nms for a girl, at least would have seemed like a NAME).

    And I'd be willing to bet it starts a little Locklyn trend.  Gag.

    Vom.  My nephew's name is Lochlan, and even as a boy's name I don't completely love it.  Toss it into the girl's camp with a terrible spelling, and you have a hot mess.

    Yep, Lachlan is actually somewhat popular where I'm from, just meaning I've known more than 1 in my life.
