Natural solution for large pores?

Lucky me, due to heredity, I have gigantic pores.  They're basically the reason why I never wear makeup.  I have used the Clinique Pore Solutions (or whatever they call it) cream on and off for a long time, and it does seem to help when I am consistent with it.

But I have been trying to use better, more natural products, so I thought I would come here for a rec.  Anyone have this same issue?  What do you use?

    I'm not sure what you'e looking for exactly, but I have heard & used Apple Cider Vinegar as a skin toner.  Just be careful to dilute with water as I first tried it straight and it BURNED.  D'oh....!
