car seat drama/confusion!

So I originally registered for the Peg Perego car seat, found out that it's really heavy and not to mention the price, oh and some said their baby didn't like it. (uncomfortable) SO, I reregistered for the Chicco one, but now I found out it is not listed as one of the infant seats that is compatible with the BOB Revolution infant car seat adapter but the Perego one was. So annoyed, I really only want the BOB as my stroller not the whole tracel system thing...anyone have any feedback/advice/suggestions?

You can use the Chicco with the BOB, you just have to tweak a few of the adapter settings. If you google it, you can find out how, I don't remember off the top of my head.

You could always just go with the Graco Snugride which works on the BOB ;-)

Graco is one of the most compatible with all kinds of strollers, including the BOB (we used it for DS). Also great if you want a lightweight Snap N Go for quick trips since the BOB can be pretty cumbersome for stuff like that.

This is why we chose the graco snugride too. We have a BOB and got a snap and go for me to be able to lift easily. I like knowing that if we end up getting another stroller it will probably be compatible too.

I have the Graco Snugride with the BOB and you just have to buy the car seat adapter for it!

We're registered for the Peg Perego car seat and stroller, and I don't find it heavy at all. Actually, I think the stroller is really light weight, which is why we chose it in the first place. GL with whatever you decide. We also registered for the snap and go, which MH will keep in his car.

This is what we did. This our last LO so spending the cash on a Preggo seems nuts (I only kept my LO's in the bucket carseast until they were old enough to sit up, after that they are too heavy to lug around).

I'm planning to use the chicco with the BOB. I have talked to quite a few people who were perfectly happy with this combo. Plus - you aren't going to be running with the BOB while an infant seat is in it.
