We need gifts for DH's grandmothers. I was knitting them blankets but...yeah...ran out of time and they are no where near being done. (Maybe next christmas. lol)
Anyways, I would like it homemade. It can be anything from clay, to paint, to sew. I'm open for any ideas. Thanks!!

Re: Gift ideas for Grandmothers
Can you make a garden stone w/ the boys handprints on it w/ something about Great Grandmother's? Or something with the boys pictures (i love to give photo related gifts). Do you have an embroidery? Can you sew them blankets and embroider something on it for them?
Someone else might have better ideas, but just some thoughts!
Food items?
DH's grandma is getting a pannetone (I bought it though) and a photo calender of C (only great-grandchild).
My aunts (who are also grandma's, just not ours) are getting a box of goodies including some amaretto cookies, ginger syrup, chocolate covered figs, and homemade cinnamon rolls (and a calender of C).
They're all getting food because they don't need "stuff" so we go consumables - sometimes it's hand soap and lotion, food, stationary (for the ones that like to write letters) with a book of stamps. Could you get blank stationary and then personalize it?
Homemade in the next 4 days is tough...
