Anyone's boobs NOT grow?

So my boobs have never been big to begin with... I'm a 36B.  So I was excited to see my boobs grow once I got pregnant.  Guess what.. they've hardly gotten any bigger.  They may be fuller if that makes any sense, but all of my bras still fit.  My nipples were pretty sore 1st trimester but they're not so bad now.  The nips themselves are definitely getting bigger and more pronounced (as well as getting darker).  I went to go look for a dress for a wedding at the end of Feb, and my MIL asked the saleswoman if she thought my boobs would still fit in it in a couple of months.  The lady said "oh yeah... your boobs probably wont' change anymore at this point since you're in your 2nd trimester."  I thought maybe she didn't know what she was talking about, but then learned that she's also a lactation specialist.  DOH!

  • Mine don't grow either.  Now once I'm nursing - that's a whole different story :)

  • Unfortunatley I am right there with you! Mine get only fuller as well. I guess the plus side of this is that I don't have to spend money buying "temporary" bras. Wink

  • I try not to talk about mine, or even let them see me looking at them, for fear that they'll decide to grow!

I'm scared enough about how big they'll get breastfeeding, they can stay a 36D for now, please!!

  • Mine haven't. But I can't say I'm that disappointed at this point - I'm already a 38 DD. I'm sure they'll grow at the end or when my milk comes in. I'm a little scared, I won't lie!

  • I wish mine weren't growing.  I have already bought new bras and I'm starting to think I'm going to need new ones again before baby even arrives.  Not an exciting thing when you started out a C cup.....although DH isn't complaining.

  • I guess "fuller" is the right word for me, too. I've always been small (34A) though, so I'm not too sad.

  • I'm also a 36B and I'm with you that mine have definently gotten fuller, but I honestly think that in the last week or so they have gotten bigger. I'm not an expert, but according to my experience I think their is still time for them to grow.

  • Yep, my boobs are slightly fuller (a big more cleavage in my current bras), but there's not much change besides that.

  • mine are the same I think. Just veiny. I was originally an A cup but enhanced to a C cup, not sure if that has anything to do with it.
  • Mine have grown a bit and gotten fuller, but nothing dramatic.  I'm still in my regular bras.  I started at a 34B and am maybe verging on a C if I'm lucky.

  • I don't think mine have grown any either.  DH is a little disappointed ;)

  • I started at at 34B, and am now spilling out of my bras. I love it! And so does DH. However, I refuse to buy new bras right now. Much like how I refuse to buy maternity clothes right now. Pretty soon, I'm gonna have to give in.

  • I'm still the same ole 34B....still wearing the same bras as before. It does seem like I'm a little more "full", like you mentioned, but no significant changes yet. They were really, really sore during some parts of the first trimester and thankfully that has gone away now.

On the bright side of them not growing, maybe we'll avoid some stretch marks! Big Smile

I found that to be true with my first pregnancy. They didn't grow AT ALL until I had my DS. This time around, LO#2, I can't fit into ANY of my bras, and had to buy new ones. I've grown over a full cup size. =/ I don't like it! lol

  • I'm a 34A and still wearing my 34A bras.  My boobs are definitely fuller; I have quite a bit of cleavage in my bras where I never did before, but I'm not busting out of my bras yet either.  I'm actually hoping they don't grow much at all (though I know they'll engorge when nursing.)
