Joints cracking?

There are times when I'm playing with my son by using his arms or legs or just moving his positions when it sounds and feels like when I crack my nuckles or neck. What is this? Is it happening with anyone else?

It's normal. Happened to DD all the time, but as she started getting older she grew out of it mostly.

DS cracks like no other! I asked the orthopedic surgeon the other day (we had to do an ultrasound on his hips for other reasons) and he said that it is totally fine/normal.
