3-hour appt at the allergist tomorrow...

Hi ladies,

LO #1 has an appointment at the allergist tomorrow and they said we should plan to be there for 2-3 hours. I don't have anyone to watch LO #2 so he will need to come as well.

Do you have any tips on keeping a toddler entertained for all that time...while keeping an eye on our almost-2 month old?

    Food!  Bring lots of snacks :)  Also books, and in all honesty maybe a new toy!  I hope it goes smoothly for you!

    Toys, books, portable DVD player if you have one.  DS's allergist doesn't allow food or drinks, which makes sense since chances are SOMEONE is allergic to what you're giving.  We do take water when we go.  We were expecting a really long visit the first time but I think it was about 1.5 hours.  Hopefully the baby will sleep for you.  Our allergist has toys and books in all the rooms so DS likes to play with those over his toys since they're "new" anyway.  Good luck!
