We have a new freezer in the basement, and the one thing I would love to be able to freeze but am not sure I can is milk. We go through quite a bit, and I would love to not run to the store constantly to buy it. I often buy 2 or 3 gallons at a time, but it takes up a large portion of our small fridge. So, can I stock up and toss them in the freezer?

On our way to 3 under 4!

Re: Can I Freeze Gallons of Milk?
Lurking,
q for the PP.
Does the milk get a weird texture after you freeze it?
I accidentally had milk freeze once, when it thawed it was weird (I tossed it). So I haven't tried since.
