spray lanolin/wool ?

I never had problems when I just used lansinoh while washing, but thought I'd try spray lanolin and DD can have a wet diaper for less than 10 minutes (ie. it's been 10 minutes since I last changed her) and it feels wet and soaks right through our wool (interlock, knit AND upcycled cashmere).  I assume it is user error... any idea what I am doing wrong? Am I not using enough?  How much do I need to use?  It feels wet when I spray it on and I kind of massage it in as per the instructions...

She's a heavy wetter like her brother, but I never had these issues with him :( please help ;)

TIA :)

Re: spray lanolin/wool ?

  • I use the spray in conjunction with the lansinoh. I lanolin with more lanolin than they say is needed and once they are dry I spray until the wet zone is damp and gently smoosh it in. And I rarely have leaks doing that.
