The second peak on the FM is what is confusing FF (and me). If it weren't for that, I'd be all over CD14. I'd go with CD16 for now and if AF makes an unusually early appearance, switch it back to CD14 manually. Hopefully it doesn't matter and a BFP makes an appearance instead!

I could be wrong on this, but I think the CBEFM automatically gives you a second peak day (and then a high) once you get your first peak, because they want you to BD for 3 days. I don't think your pee even matters at that point. Usually my temp shift correlates more with peak day 2 or high day, but this is unclear.
I want to know when to test. I know I could start any time, but I am not an early tester--hate BFNs. I guess I'll just roll with CD16, that way I can be sure I am not testing too early. Thanks ladies!
