  ::Raises Hand:: DH and DD#1 are sound asleep but baby is wide awake! She's been going to bed by 7 or 8pm for weeks and now suddenly she is wide awake and has no interest in sleep. Ugh, I sure hope its soon though. Hope your LO tollerates the new meds ok

  Aren't these babies crazy?  I was just bragging to a friend how I had my LO figured out on Wednesday.  Then last night, she wouldn't sleep for more than 2 hours and nothing I had done previously, was keeping her asleep.  I think she heard me and decided to mess with me a bit!

  Night #2 of no sleep for me.  I wish I could figure out why!  Oh, how I long for the days of pregnancy when I could take a Tylenol PM or Benedryl to help me sleep.  Now I'm scared if I took anything, I wouldn't wake up if DD needed me.

  Yes, I feel like I get her figured out (like bedtimes) and then bam, she is wide awake and doesnt want to sleep and I no longer have her figured out. But they are worth every sleepless night   We have cold weather here now so getting no sleep and having it be 15 degrees all day out really makes for some tiredness. What is your LO on meds for?

  Prevacid for reflux.  I made the mistake of reading all the possible side effects and I freaked out about possible allergic reactions.

  Or a big glass of Vino!  I haven't consumed any alcohol yet because I worry I will sleep too soundly too!

  I had my first post-partum glass during a football game so it was in the middle of the day and DH was awake.  I zonked out!  That was a while ago, though.  My alcohol tolerance is back...woohoo!

  DH actually suggested I have a glass tonight, but I fear it'll make me fall asleep, but I'll sleep un-soundly.  Which isn't productive.
