I am in Phoenix for the weekend and I am would like to finish up my Christmas shopping. Any suggestions? Looking for some unique, local finds. Pottery or local artists?

Of course there is always downtown Scottsdale which also offers a beautiful walk, but try down towards Cave Creek and Carefree for stores that grab your eye.
I don't know of any craft fairs but I always google Scottsdale Craft Fair or check out the magazine GET OUT to see if there are any in the Phoenix area. GL
