Just curious what the going rates for childcare is these days.

    All of the in-home care in our area ranged from $70-85 per day, some with discounts for full-time.

    I think it varies depending on where you live in the state.  I live in the city.  babysitters are around 15.00 per hour (high school aged teens).  Daycare is between 1900 and 2700 a month, depending on age and how many hours per week.  Not sure about nanny rates!

    We pay $45/day in Mansfield for a home daycare.

    We live in Worcester County and our daycare is $160/week for in home.  Most centers we looked at were in the $200-300 range.

     Our babysitter charges $10/hr

    Family Daycare in North Attleboro is $40/ day from 7-5...

    I was quoted $340 week by Kindercare...

    You could always consider an Au-Pair...they live in but the cost averages out to about $350/ week...which is a real steal if you have more than one kid!

    our in-home DCP is $250 a week until they turn 2, then it's $200 a week
