I need some good luck wishes please

I found a wonderful present for DH, scoured the internet to find what he wanted (because it isn't made anymore).  I found a great option on Craig's List... emailed back and forth with the guy for 10 days or so, went over everything w/ my FIL...

I told the guy I would only use paypal for safety/security reasons, which he was more than willing to do.  He gave me his friend's paypal address and signed up for one - I wasn't ready to send the money until his paypal account was active, but sent it Wed morning.  He told me on Monday or Tuesday he was ready to ship it as soon as he got the money... so I sent him the money and an email telling him I sent the money right away.  I wrote to him again last night, wanting to make sure he got the message/money. 

I haven't heard anything :(  I have a terrible, terrible feeling in the pit of my stomach.  It cost $150 and is DH's big, big present.  I really, really hope I'm not getting scammed :(  I know that stuff happens... like his internet went out or family emergency... but... UGH.  It's a week before Christmas!!!  I really need to know!!!

    I hope he comes through.  At least you can file a dispute with pp, although that doesn't help with the gift...
