12 month appt!

This appt. was not fun. She had 4 shots and a prick in the finger to test for lead (we live in an older home). My poor baby screamed her head off! I am happy to report she is upstairs sleeping away! Her party is at 4 so I hope she feels better when she wakes up.

She weighs 20 lbs and is 28 1/4 inches long. She didn't gain any weight since her last appt. The Dr. was not concerned since she lost alot of her baby fat and is thinning out. He does want me to weigh her in 6 weeks though to see if she has gained any more. I think she is going to be a little shorty like my husband's mother and sister! I am only 5'5 and my dh is 5'10 so no basketball star in the future!

    Poor baby with all the needles.  I am glad that everything else was a clean bill of health.

    The finger prick sucks. Delaney screamed too, but I think she was more upset about being held down! Hope she's a new woman when she wakes up! Looking forward to cake pictures!

    Bummer about the shots but glad she had a good appointment.  Wishing her happy and peaceful dreams so she can party like a rock start tonight.

    Poor Gracie.  M screamed during the finger prick thing too.  Glad they rebound quickly!
