My dog just ate an entire bottle of papaya enzyme

Boo on her.  I was giving my mom that as a stocking stuffer type gift.  I had it in a crate with other gifts to wrap and she found it.  Luckily papaya isn't toxic to dogs.

    You might want to call the vet just to be sure.  I forgot what Ginger and Bronco got into one day but it wasn't toxic but the vet wanted me to keep an eye on them just because so much of anything can have adverse effects.
    Fuuck TTC - I'm moving on.

    I did call the vet just for my peace of mind.  They were like we have actually never had anybody call for a dog ingesting that.  LOL  But the vet said she might/ probably would have diarrhea.  She might possibly vomit.  But that nothing in it was harmful even in high amounts.  They said if I needed to take it a step further, I could call poison control or the vitamin company.  But that they felt she would be fine.

    I told dh if he has to go anywhere today, her butt is going outside.  (We usually leave her inside, especially if it is cold.)  I am not cleaning up papayaey diarrhea.   Gag.

    It is a digestive enzyme that can help with things like indigestion, acid reflux, etc.  And it really does help if you take it after a big meal.  Maye Ladybug had heartburn?  :) 

    I had never tried it, but keep getting it for -2.00 a bottle so it makes my bread and eggs free.  So now I have a lot of it or did until Ladybug ate an entire bottle of it.
