Someone once posted a recipe for buffalo chicken dip and I thought I saved it, but now can't find it. Would anyone mind posting one? Sure I can google it, but I'd prefer a tried and true one from someone I know. TIA.
1 can chicken
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 cup ranch dressing
1 cup hot sauce
1 cup shredded cheese
drain chicken, heat in pan and break down chunks. add ceam cheese. once melted and dressing and hot sauce. once ingredients are thoroughly combined and warm, stir in shredded cheese.
after i stir in the cheese, i transfer to a crockpot on low to keep it warm
yummy...i do the same thing but also add a little blue cheese and not as much ranch so it has a little of both; and use mozzerella cheese instead of cheddar. Also, if you dont have a lot of time you can cook it in the oven 350 for 25-30 minutes.
Re: Buffalo chicken dip?
Oh man buffalo chicken dip is my favorite dip to make. We love it around here! I use these measurements:
1 big can of chicken
1 pkg. cream cheese
1/2 cup Frank's hot sauce
3/4 cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
I just shred up the chicken and then mix everything else in. Then I just throw it my medium crock pot and let it cook for awhile.

I may have to make that this weekend.
I do about a lb and a half of boiled chicken breast, shredded
1 bottle ranch
2 blocks cream cheese
1 small bottle of Franks
Mix all together in the crock pot, serve with tortilla chips or corn chips.
