I just need to complain!

I am so so so uncomfortable!! I can't sleep because I can't find a comfortable position to save my life!! My whole body hurts.  Between my boobs and my ribs it's enough to make me crazy!!! Does anyone else have pain in their ribs?!? I can't figure out what is wrong!!! Don't know if it's boob related but, they feel so icky and heavy!

Uhhg sorry, I just had to complain to someone! :o) Thanx!

  • I feel you and with that nausea decide to make it's first appearance tonight.

  • I hate to tell you but it's only going to get worse. Second tri or it was for me at least. Third tri is just plain uncomfortable.
  • Wearing a soft, non-underwire bra at night could help with the girls - at least give them some support.  Other than that, I recommend the snoogle pillow - fabulous!

  • I feel your pain, I find wearing a comfortable sports bra to bed helps with the girls. I too have taken to sleeping with my pillow, I put it in between my knees and it helps a bit. The other ladies are right, it's only going to get worse for us from here.

  • I was having trouble sleeping and a girl I work with told me to put a pillow between my knees when I sleep.  It's been like a miracle.  I still toss and turn a bit, but I am sleeping so much better.  Give it try tonight and I hope you feel better soon.

  • Discomfort is the name of the game in pregnancy.  Your ribs hurting is probably related to hormones running through your body that loosen your joints to prepare your body to accomodate carrying and birthing a baby.

I had sever rib pain in the 2nd and 3rd tri last time, and one of my ribs ended up popping out of place. I like to say Ds was renovating in there. ;)  It went back after he was born, although it still hurts when the weather changes. lol.

I'd definitely get a body pillow or a pregnancy pillow. They help tons.  I was contemplating digging mine out last night, actually.
