speaking of cow's milk...

when is it okay to give milk products, cheese, yogurt, etc..

    I seem to remember that cheese and yogurt have different enzymes than milk and are easier to digest(or something like that) and can be introduced as early as 6 months.

    Thomas is old enough for yogurt.  I think I started Aaron with it around his age (8 months).

    Logan hasn't had yogurt, but only because I always forget about it. He's had a couple grilled cheese sandwiches though...loves it!
