Not me. I wasn't on the boards until I was about 6 or 7 months pregnant. I was on the knot to plan the wedding here and there and on the nest to look around but never posted on the boards.

ME! I never felt like I fit in since I was always planning it from far away. I posted if I had something to offer, but at the time, that wasn't much. I was getting married in Evansville and planning from Boston and Cincinnati. Also we had a 2 year engagement so that didn't help either. I feel like I still lurk, but I post more now. I have a hard time being on and posting without Emma demanding to play with the computer. It's getting easier, but still not super easy. Most times, I miss the action!

I did but I was planning my wedding in Evansville and it seemed like you all were in Indy. So I never posted and only occasionally lurked. I actually only remember Lauren's sn from then.

I posted a lot on the national ones and totally remember some bia who would get on the etiquette boards and answer every.single.post. She was uber annoying and seemed like she thought she was Emily Post. Anyone else remember her?

Do you remember waaaaay back in the days when the Relationships board was known a REmerica and it was all full of snark and stories and hilarious times? And then the Wedding Woes board that kind of took over once the RE board was gone?

I sometimes remember what happened to some of those super-throwback people... like Bonzer, and kmrvsade, and vineyardbride (we call called her vinny)... shoot now I'm blanking on more names. But it was a good crowd.

I remember going back and checking out the board a couple times after we started the Yahoo! board and it was so dead. I haven't been over there in probably years but Emily said it was very slow when she was planning her wedding.

I was also an active poster there back in the day. I took a break for a while, I think (details are fuzzy), and came back.

Pretty sure I've seen that Bonzer is now on the spin off bump board (MeMo). I'm not on it, but I read that somewhere. I saw kmrvsade on Parenting not too long ago - I think she has two kids. Definitely a girl not too much younger than Jackson and then maybe a baby boy?

Also - did you know CinnamonSpark died not too long ago? Stomach cancer - it was posted on the Politics board.

She died last month. She was diagnosed in June. Right after she finished her first year of law school. So freaking sad.

I didn't know she had gone to law school - I vaguely remember she worked at a law firm when I still posted on the knot.

That is really sad though - she wasn't that old, was she? And jeez to go that quick. Awful.

Yeah, she was only 34-35-ish. She finished her undergrad in 2008, I think and decided pretty quickly to go to law school. She quit the law firm when she got into law school.

Sadly, she was having all sorts of stomach issues for awhile, but it took them awhile to find the cause. Also, from what I know of stomach cancer, it's one mean btch. :-/

Tend to lurk more than post here too. Sometimes I am nervous to post things on here. Some of it is because of what happened around here today. I am just afraid as something I post coming across as stupid. I have been trying to come out of my shell more.
