Baby name...opinions needed

My DH and I have such a hard time naming boys!  Ethan was going to be Ryan up until 2 days before he was born.  The name totally fits him, but I'd like to have some opinions on DS2's possible names:

Owen Richard

Alexander Richard

Richard is DH's grandfather's middle name (first name was Harvey).  He passed away in May and DH was very close to him.

    Love the name Alexander.  It would have been DD's name if she had been a boy.  I like names that can be shortened...you can call him Alex or Xander if you prefer (though I do not).

    Love Alexander. It's Rowen's middle name. But I like Alexander and Ethan.

    Another vote for Alexander, sounds great with Ethan. Owen is great name, too, but I like Alexander a tiny bit better.

    I like both names. If I had to choose, I think Alex may sound better with Ethan. Both are cute names.
