I hope you have some advice for me!  One of my very good friends is having a hysterectomy in a couple of weeks -- what feel better gift would you suggest?  I've already offered to help out (especially with her dog). 

How are you feeling?

    Lots of help especially with her dog.  I was soooo tired.  That was my biggest complaint.  Offer to bring some takeout from a good restaurant like Outback or whatever happens to be her favorite place to eat.  If she has young kids offer to take the kids for the day.

    I'm feeling wonderful.  It was the best thing I ever did.
