DS weighed today

We were in the office for a flu shot and an ear check (he had an infection a few weeks ago) and they put him on the scale.

He is 8 months & 3 days old.

23 lbs. 9.5 oz.

Yowzah.  No wonder my arms hurt.

    I said this last time you posted about his weight - he weighs more than my 21 month old! That's a big boy!

    DD weighed only 7 ounces more at 3 years old :-)   At least you don't have to worry he is not getting enough to eat.  DS weighs about that now.

    What a lil' chunkers! :) Colin is close behind him- he's only 5.5mo old and weighs 19.8lbs already

    Yep, Leif was about the same at 5.5 months.  Just remember to lift with your legs LOL.

    I keep waiting for him to slow down (DD slowed down a lot after 6 months and she wasn't even crawling), but it's not happening.

    It is nice.  He was really sick earlier this week (throwing up, refusing food, refusing to nurse) and though I worked to keep him hydrated, it wasn't too worrysome.

    DS weighed in at a whoopping 26 pounds at 9 months he is now 26.5 pounds at 24 months, he has gained half a pound in 15 months. He went from my total chuncky monkey to a skinny minny, he is also tall actually now underweight for hiis height.

    Yowza, indeed.

    I think my kids both weighed about 21 lbs on their first birthdays.
