Hmm...I'd be leery of clicking on that link especially because it doesn't start with https://facebook... I would go into facebook and change your password at least.
I don't even know how to go into FB to change it. I type in facebook.com and it goes to the login page. I type in my email and my password and it goes straight into that weird page.
I Googled the link you posted. Apparently it's a common security problem/program that FB has. I'm trying to look thru the 12 pages(!) to see what exactly you can do to fix it.

So now... it's freaking me out!!
I would go through their process because it does look like if you log in from a different location (even changing phones) it will set off the security thing. Sorry, I hope this all helps.
Thanks Erica for doing that. I'll go ahead and go through that. Funny, I haven't logged on from a new computer or phone... but maybe it has to do with all these dumb changed FB is doing. I'm a little wary of FB now.
I got the same thing a few days ago, when I tried to log onto the official facebook page. Once I updated my password, it said my account had tried to be accessed from Russia. Hopefully it wasn't a scam to get my new password.
