I finally found a 20% off coupon at home, so I'm trying to place an order.
Literally, I've been trying for the past HOUR.
The first time around, I must have hit refresh at some point because it had the same shirt listed 3 times. I tried to remove it and got java-errors. Every. Single. Time. Frustrating.
I tried it in IE thinking it might be a Firefox issue. As soon as I logged in on IE, it told me there was a problem with my account and to call customer service. And then the entire site wouldn't work. Frustrating.
I decided to try (in Firefox) to log out and then log back in. It cleared my cart, so I could start over.
So I started over and got the cart correct. I went through check-out to the final page and then got the same effing java-error. Argh!
Note to Gymboree - the longer I sit and look and ponder the ridiculous amount I'm about to spend, the more things I remove from my cart. I was originally going to spend ~$150, and now I'm down to $50. Fix your freaking website.
Vent over.
Re: Argh, Gymboree website...
Google Chrome to the rescue!! It worked with no problems.
WTH?
Just call them. That has happened to me before, and they were GREAT on the phone. I actually had ordered and forgot to enter my coupon AND my rewards number (it was late, I was exhausted. That should teach me). Dude got everything fixed in about 10 minutes.
GL!
lol.
I'm still debating because I am STILL annoyed about that stupid raincoat.
Also, because J&J has an extra 25% off everything right now. And I have a $25 coupon to use. Decisions, decisions.
I'm trying to check out as well and having issues. I've also deleted
And I didn't know about the J&J sale. I probably shouldn't check out their deals.
I totally ordered the raincoat... especially when I saw that 4T-5T was sold out - I know this is going to sell out IMMEDIATELY during GB redemption.
FWIW, the coats always run smaller on Paige than everything else. I mean, it's still a stretch for Scarlett to fit into a 12-24.
I just looked at J&J for the first time in a long time... OMG, the three most current layette lines - LOVE.
But what's up with the Winter Cheer girl line? It reminds me of the red hat society.
I don't know but it's awful. Seriously. I've bought pretty much nothing for Scarlett from J&J. I do want some snowflake kisses for her - probably for next year.
I love the new resort line for spring, and the two new boys lines, too. But J&J has mostly been a disappointment this fall/winter. Good for my wallet, though.
The raincoat is a great price... I'm so tempted. I know the 12-24m won't fit her until next year, but it's so cute.
