What did I miss? How was everyone's day? I just had some great Mexican food for dinner! We almost had Stouffers but decided to treat ourselves tonight.

Well, the collective IQ of our board dropped a few points today with the arrival of a few crazies from 9-12. It was already pretty low, so we are in a crisis situation now.
There was some poster spouting off again about how pretty and rich she is. The usual.
I really wish I could find a decent Mexican restaurant in South Florida. They seem to be nonexistent.
For sure! I can get all the awesome Picadillo and plantains I can handle. Yummy!
Sometimes you just want a Margarita and some good salsa though. The Mexican restaurants around here smother every dish in cheddar cheese. It is pretty gross.

Cuban food is definitely a good substitute for Mexican! We have a decent place here, nothing to write home about. We had an amazing place when I was pregnant with breakfast burritos-I ate way too many of them!

Flipping houses? I WISH-in this real estate market? Surely you watch the news. We moved and rented for a year to feel the area out, bought and sold one house which we renovated (and took a loss on, which I talked about on here-no bragging), and we are now in our second house in 5 years. ???? Have you been watching too much HGTV during naptime?
Feel the area out? Aren't you from here? sigh. It must be so exhausting being you. Clearly I can't, and choose not, to keep up. But hey, at least you're rich and can afford to take a loss on a house. Good for you! And no, I don't watch HGTV or anything for that matter during naptime becuase I have an awesome job.
My DH is a realtor, so a 40 mile move puts him in a whole different market, so yeah we decided to "feel the area out". It's not exhausting being me, I love it. We love new areas and love meeting new people. We're taking advantage of being mobile now while LO is young because we won't move once he starts kindergarten.
