lighting crotch?

The last two days I've had short pains in what I'm guessing is my cervix.  It's almost like a quick jolt of electricity...enough to make me notice, not enough to cause me any serious pain.

    Nope not too soon for it. I had it that early. I still get it every now and then. Mostly with LO decides to jab me there.

    I think it just depends if your LO is squirming around to hit the right nerve to cause it, but I'm not sure.  I'll be interested to see what others say, because I think I had my first lightening crotch moment yesterday.

    I've been having a similar feeling the last 2 weeks, it hasn't been painful, just strange, so I hope that's all it is! Hope exciting to know someone is moving around- I just wish I felt it in my belly and not "down there"!

    I started having lightening crotch around 14 weeks. I asked my OB about it and he said it was perfectly normal growing pains.

    Def not too soon! It's uncomfortable for sure, but thank goodness it doesn't usually last long.

    I got it a couple times in the middle of teaching today. It made me a little twitchy...okay a lot twitchy, I had to double over for two of them. I had JUST told the class about the pregnancy, so they laughed it off as the crazy pregnant lady.
