I have a job interview on Monday at 4:30 p.m. The position, on paper, is very appealing and it would certainly allow me to leave my current situation. I don't know what salary is for this new position though, so I am nervous that it won't be enough to warrant my leaving my current position. Please send positive vibes that the interview goes well and that I get the offer and that the job offers salary and benefits comparable to what I have now! TIA!

Best wishes, Lori!!! I really hope this is an opportunity that works for you and your family. I was also in a toxic work environment. I just had to leave and the job I ended up taking meant more duties and responsibility for the same pay, but there were more perks, I worked with wonderful people and I was so much happier.
